Volnewmer is a monopolar radiofrequency (6.78 MHz) lifting device developed by Classys, the makers of Shurink. Where ultrasound concentrates energy point by point, monopolar radiofrequency fills the dermis broadly with volumetric heat. This makes it particularly well suited to aging marked by loss of elasticity — thinning skin and multiplying fine lines, and alternating it with ultrasound lifting lets the two approaches care for different layers of the skin.

6.78 MHz monopolar radiofrequency converts into heat within the dermis through the skin's natural electrical resistance, raising dermal temperature volumetrically into the 55–65°C range where collagen denaturation begins. Immediate collagen contraction is followed by months of new collagen and elastin synthesis, building a firmness that seems to fill the skin from within. Dedicated tips for different areas (face, eye) together with vibration and cooling systems keep discomfort and surface irritation low.
